  1. She is hot, but she also hires a personal trainer and is obviously dedicated to her workout and diet.. So the short answer is, get on a full body regime of working all your body parts on a regular schedule, and eat foods low in simple carbs and sugars….. oh, and cardio

  2. Don’t eat more than 1500 calories every day, do cardio for at least an hour every day (not necessarily all in one chunk), and do extensive core workouts five times a week. Your weight will plummet and you’ll start to notice your own natural tone beneath. In a few months, you’ll lose thirty pounds, minimum.
Don’t forget to pepper in shoulder excercises now and again! She has great shoulders.

  6. Well I don’t know if you could get that good but here are some tips.
Celery is great if you are the person who likes to eat randomly because it takes more calories to eat than it actually gives you
If you have a sweet tooth fruits are great because they are healthy for you and they taste really good. But, don’t eat to many.
For breakfast I personally find it’s great mixing yogurt, cereal and berries together with a glass of milk. This is great because when you just have regular cereal having a glass of milk isn’t as great since you put milk in it. Plus you get wheat and fruits. Also having a glass of orange juice is great. If this isn’t enough have a slightly bigger portion and if you need a lot get yogurt with the least amount of calories
For lunch it’s great to have a sandwich. I usually like having wraps with lettuce, tomatoes , and tuna or sometimes ham. You don’t need to have the same combo but try to keep away from mayo and get some vegetables and meat in there. Then some fat free milk or 1% is good. Depending on how big the sandwich is you may want to add a light salad, some hot soup or a slice of bread.
For Dinner try to fill up anything you haven’t had (depends if you make your own food or not) but, if you do make your own food having some meat, with a side like rice, potatoes, peas, etc. is great. Also depending on how much you are eating you may want to have a salad or another side with that as well.
For snacks try to keep away from chocolates, chips and other junk food. Things such as fruits and celery as I mentioned before are great. This is also a great place to fill up with the food groups you haven’t had enough of. Especially with bread and such.
When exercising you always want to do a few different things and experiment what you need to do. But, you want to do all the main muscles. So, you would do push-ups for arms, crunches for abs, jogging or jumps for legs and frog jumps for the seat. Frog jumps are basically jumping up in the air and going down all the way to the floor. Also if you don’t want to jog, you may be a sporty person and prefer to play basketball, tennis, soccer, etc. Wii Sports isn’t to bad but don’t use it all the time.
That’s all for now. I’ll give you a few websites.http://www.ohsu.edu/healthyaging/caregiv…http://www.simple-flat-stomach-exercises…
